When are Statements/Deposits Sent?

Direct deposits are made on the 15th of each month for the prior month’s income. Statements are sent via email and visible on your Owner App. 

Do You Provide In-House Maintenance?

Yes, we provide facilitation of any minor maintenance issues that may arise with our team of reliable vendors. Rental managers will always communicate the scope of work and quotes, if available. Bluescape Vacation Rentals will oversee coordination & maintenance work orders, qualified recommendations for house improvements and enhancements, and inspection of homes between renters. Our subcontracted housekeepers will also perform a thorough cleaning between renters and documentation of any damage or items we may need to address. 

Do You Provide Property Inspections?

Yes, property inspections are performed for all arrivals and departures as well as once a month if the property remains vacant.
