This is a 27-night minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. The renter must be 25 years of age or older, and overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of six people, with all guests registered with the Rental Manager. Smoking is not permitted inside the home. This home is pet friendly, allowing up to two dogs with a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per dog. There is one camera under the carport on the right side of the home facing the road.
All reservations are subject to final approval by the local Rental Manager. There is a 4% credit card processing fee, or you may pay with an e-check with no additional charges. If you pay with an e-check, it is treated the same as a paper check; if your e-check is returned for any reason, you will be charged a $25 returned check fee and must pay via credit card with the 4% processing fee. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Rental Manager for the reservation to be confirmed.
