The Space:
This expansive coastal home features an open-concept layout with high vaulted ceilings, beautiful flooring, and ample living space throughout. Natural light pours in from every angle, highlighting the breathtaking open ocean views visible from the living room, dining area, kitchen, and primary suite.
The main living area is thoughtfully designed for comfort and gathering. The large dining table offers seating for 8, making it perfect for shared meals and entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for cooking at home, including both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig so everyone can enjoy their preferred morning routine. A 32'' smart TV is positioned in the dining/kitchen area, while the living room features a 65'' smart TV and comfortable seating for relaxing after a day on the water.
The home is equipped with central air conditioning, high speed Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer for convenience during your stay.
Step outside to enjoy a large yard, private beach area, and a spacious front porch with four ceiling fans to keep you cool even on calm days when the island breeze slows down. The property also includes a wood dock with both open water and canal access, comfortably accommodating a boat up to 30 feet. A two-person kayak is available for guest use, and the garage is accessible for storage.
For additional fun, the home features a large game room with a ping pong table, creating a great hangout space for all ages. Please note: the upper portion of the walls in the game room are unfinished.

Key West is only 20 minutes away, offering additional dining, nightlife, and iconic attractions.

Starter supplies provided: A starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels is provided and typically lasts 1 to 2 days
This home is pet friendly for 1 dog with a $250 non refundable pet fee.
Parking is available for 2 cars and a boat trailer. 
Age requirement: Primary guest must be 25 years of age or older
Payment & Booking Requirements
Signed rental agreement and government issued ID required after booking. Please reply to the email you receive after signing your rental agreement with a photo of your ID.
A 4 % credit card processing fee applies to credit card payments.
E check accepted at no additional charge.
Returned e checks incur a $25 fee and must be repaid by credit card.
