The Space
Bright, airy, and thoughtfully designed, Sea La Vie #197 combines modern coastal style with all the comforts of home. Large windows throughout the open-concept living area flood the space with natural light while showcasing uninterrupted ocean views that create an unforgettable backdrop from sunrise to sunset.
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything needed for cooking at home and includes premium appliances and extras that make vacation living effortless, including a Keurig coffee maker, Air fryer, Pressure cooker, Stainless steel, appliances, Fully stocked cookware and kitchen essentials. Whether you're preparing breakfast before heading out on the boat or grilling your fresh catch after a day on the water, you'll have everything you need.
A stackable washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the home, allowing you to pack light and stay comfortable throughout your stay.

Bathrooms
The home features two beautifully updated full bathrooms.
The primary ensuite bathroom includes a stunning glass-tiled walk-in shower, creating a spa-like retreat after a day on the water.
The guest bathroom has been recently renovated and features a walk-in shower with modern tile finishes.
Waterfront Living, Boating & Fishing
Sea La Vie #197 was built for guests who want to experience true Florida Keys waterfront living.
The expansive 49’ concrete seawall can comfortably accommodate boats up to approximately 40 feet, making it one of the better boating properties in Venture Out for larger vessels.
The private dock is fully equipped with a Fish cleaning station, Swim ladder for easy water access, & Dock posts for secure tie-up. There is a spacious seawall for fishing, relaxing, or enjoying the ocean breeze. 
With quick access to both the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf waters, you'll spend less time navigating canals and more time fishing, snorkeling, diving, or cruising the beautiful Lower Florida Keys.
Outdoor Living
The large waterfront porch offers front-row seats to spectacular sunrises, endless ocean views, and refreshing sea breezes. It's the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, read a good book, or unwind after a day on the water.
Additional outdoor amenities include a Weber-style gas grill for cooking your fresh catch, a Concrete outdoor dining table overlooking the ocean, Comfortable waterfront seating areas & Panoramic open-water views in every direction. 
Community Amenities at Venture Out
Venture Out is one of the premier gated waterfront communities in the Lower Florida Keys and offers guests access to outstanding island-style amenities including Marina store with fuel, bait, and convenience items
Boat ramp and wash-down station. There is a massive 80’ heated saltwater swimming pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, and saltwater swimming lagoon. Sports enthusiast will love the tennis courts, basketball, bocce ball, and pickleball courts. You will find oceanfront common areas with waterfront seating and tropical breezes scattered around the community for you to enjoy. This community is gated with a security gate. Venture Out is electric golf cart-friendly throughout the community. 
Location
Located on Cudjoe Key at Mile Marker 23, Sea La Vie #197 is close to many of the Florida Keys' favorite restaurants and attractions including Square Grouper, Morning Joint, The Bent Prop, Mangrove Mama's, Kiki's Sandbar, and Boondocks Draft House & Mini Golf.
Looe Key Reef, one of the Florida Keys' premier snorkeling and diving destinations, is just a short boat ride away, while Key West is only about 20 minutes away for world-famous dining, shopping, nightlife, and entertainment.

Venture Out Registration Fee:
A separate $125 registration fee (subject to change) is collected directly by Venture Out upon arrival. Payment may be made by cash or credit card. Credit card payments are subject to a 4% processing fee.
Parking Information
Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. The vehicle must fit fully in the driveway and may not extend into the road.  The driveway measures approximately 21’ long x 12’ wide.  If your vehicle does not fit, you must request an overflow parking pass from the guard gate. Overflow parking is $5 per day, subject to availability (first come - first serve and is not guaranteed), limited to one overflow spot only, and has a maximum stay of 14 days.
Boat trailer overflow parking is also subject to availability: $5 per day for trailers under 20 feet and $10 per day for trailers over 25 feet.
If overflow parking is unavailable, if your trailer does not fit, or if you need more than one overflow spot, you must use an offsite parking option. For the most up-to-date availability and pricing, please reach out to the offsite companies directly.
Payment Information
A 4% credit card processing fee applies to credit card payments.
E-check payments are accepted at no additional charge.
Returned e-checks incur a $25 fee and must be repaid by credit card with applicable processing fees.
