The Primary Bedroom has a Queen size bed and the Primary bathroom boasts a glass-tiled walk-in shower for a spa-like feel.
The Guest Bedroom also features a Queen size bed. The Guest bathroom was just completely remodeled and features a walk-in shower and tole floors and walls.
For extra sleeping accommodations, the living room has a pull out Queen size sleeper sofa and an air mattress in the Guest bedroom closet.
The kitchen is stocked with all the gadgets you might want on vacation including an air fryer, stainless steel appliances, pressure cooker and Keurig coffee machine. A stackable washer and dryer are inside the home so you can pack light.

Venture Out is a golf cart friendly, private gated community that boasts a plethora of amenities to elevate your stay to the next level. Located inside Venture Out on Cudjoe Key.  A separate Registration Fee of $125 (subject to change) will be charged by Venture Out at time of arrival. Parking for 1 vehicle per Unit. Extra parking permit may be available at the Guard Station for an additional nightly fee for a maximum of 14 days depending on availability. Must follow all the Rules and Regulations during your stay. 
To ensure that you are protected, as well as the owner, we offer a $55 Damage Waiver Insurance. If you chose to opt out of the Damage Waiver a refundable $1,500 Security Deposit will be collected. Main guest must email a copy of your driver's license to the Rental Manager after booking has been accepted. The vacation rental agreement must be signed and returned within 24 hours of booking acceptance. There is a 4% credit card processing fee or you may pay with an e-check with no additional charges. **PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE PAYING WITH AN E-CHECK, THIS PAYMENT OPTION IS THE SAME AS PAYING WITH A PAPER CHECK. IF YOUR E-CHECK IS RETURNED FOR ANY REASON, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $25 RETURNED CHECK FEE AND BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CREDIT CARD WITH A 4% CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE.
