This spacious 35' x 69' RV lot in the gated Venture Out community on Cudjoe Key is now available for a 12-month annual lease. Located just 19 miles from Key West, the lot offers ample room to accommodate larger rigs and provides a clean, comfortable setup for year-round living. This is for an RV lot only.
The lot features water views across the street, 110/50/30 amp service, and full electric and sewer hookups. Utilities are the responsibility of the renter. Cable and WiFi are not provided but may be set up by the renter. RV must be owned by the renter. A background check is required. Renters must carry rental insurance and list the property owner as an additional insured.

Parking Information:
Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. The vehicle must fit fully in the driveway and may not extend into the road. If your vehicle does not fit, you must request an overflow parking pass from the guard gate. Overflow parking is $5 per day, subject to availability (first come - first serve and is not guaranteed), limited to one overflow spot only, and has a maximum stay of 14 days. Boat trailer overflow parking is also subject to availability: $5 per day for trailers under 20 feet and $10 per day for trailers over 25 feet. If overflow parking is unavailable, if your trailer does not fit, or if you need more than one overflow spot, you must use an offsite parking option. Community rules must be followed, including a 10 MPH park speed limit, quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am, and proper trash and recycling placement. Trash is picked up Monday and Thursday; recycling is picked up Wednesday.
Laundry facilities, showers, and restrooms are conveniently located nearby. A short walk takes you to the center of the park where all community amenities are located, including tennis courts, basketball, pickleball, bocce courts, a playground, an 80-foot heated oceanfront pool, and a hot tub. Venture Out offers a welcoming atmosphere with plenty of recreational options and waterfront access.
Nearby dining options include Square Grouper Bar & Grill, My New Joint, Broil Steakhouse, Boondocks Grille & Draft House, Looe Key Bar with nightly live music, and The Bent Prop for waterfront dining. Murray’s Market and Winn-Dixie are close by for groceries and essentials. The location provides easy access to all the attractions of the Lower Florida Keys.
No cable or WiFi service is provided at this site. A registration/check-in fee of $125 (subject to change) is charged by Venture Out Security upon arrival. Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit; additional parking permits may be purchased from the Guard Station for a nightly fee, if available. All Venture Out Rules and Regulations must be followed. County and state taxes apply regardless of the booking platform.
Renters must be 25 years or older. Maximum overnight occupancy is 6 people, and all guests must be registered with the rental manager. Up to 2 dogs are permitted per Venture Out regulations.
For protection of both the tenant and the owner, a refundable $1,000 security deposit is required at booking. There is a 4% credit card processing fee, or renters may pay by e-check with no additional charge.
Please note: An e-check functions the same as a paper check. If an e-check is returned for any reason, a $25 returned check fee will be charged and the renter will be required to repay using a credit card, which will incur the 4% processing fee.
