Welcome to your Florida Keys getaway at RV Lot #551, located inside the gated community of Venture Out on Cudjoe Key. This well-positioned lot offers a comfortable island setting with added convenience and charm, making it a great home base for your Keys adventure.
The Space
This spacious lot measures approximately 35' x 69' and sits along the canal, offering 35 feet of seawall that can accommodate a boat up to 32'. A shade tree near the water provides a relaxing spot to unwind while enjoying the peaceful canal views and coastal breeze. The lot also features a concrete picnic table, perfect for outdoor dining or gathering after a day on the water.
For added convenience, a renter’s storage box is available on-site - ideal for stowing fishing gear, outdoor equipment, or personal items during your stay. The lot is equipped with water and sewer hookups, along with both 30 and 50 amp service to comfortably support your RV.
Please note this is an RV lot only—there is no RV on site.

Key West is only 20 minutes away, offering additional dining, nightlife, and iconic attractions.

This is a pet friendly property- Up to 2 dogs allowed.
Golf cart rentals available: $50 per day, subject to availability
Venture Out registration fee: $125 (subject to change), paid directly to the community at arrival (cash or credit card; processing fees apply)
Parking: 1 vehicle per lot. Your RV and vehicle must fit on the lot.
Community rules: Guests must follow all Venture Out rules and regulations, including quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Age requirement: Primary guest must be 25 years of age or older
Payment & Booking Requirements
Signed rental agreement and government-issued ID required after booking. Please reply to the email you receive from us after signing your Rental Agreement with a photo of your ID.
A 4% credit card processing fee applies to credit card payments
E-check accepted at no additional charge
Returned e-checks incur a $25 fee and must be re-paid by credit card
