Beautiful RV lot located at Mile Marker 23 inside the gates of Venture Out on Cudjoe Key. Enjoy a quiet block and 35' concrete seawall. This lot is just a short walk to the center of the park where all the amenities are. There you will find all the sports activities: tennis courts (2), basketball court, pickleball (2), bocce courts (2), and a kids playground. Venture Out also offers a fenced in 80-foot community pool and hot tub for your use as well. Nearby restaurants and bars include Square Grouper Bar & Grill & My New Joint to enjoy some exquisite meals and craft cocktails, Broil Steakhouse is well known for their amazing steaks and service, Boondocks Grille & Draft House is a fun, family friendly huge tiki bar and restaurant with miniature golf, Looe Key Bar has live music nightly and The Bent Prop you can dine on the water! Utilities must be paid for by the Tenant. No cable or WIFI but can be set up by Tenant. RV must be owned by Tenant. Background check a must. Maximum 6 persons. Maximum of 1 cars/truck/SUV's and a maximum of 1 additional motorize vehicles consisting of golf carts, motor scooters, or mopeds. Parking only on area paved with asphalt, concrete, gravel or similar construction. Park speed limit is 10 MPH. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am. Trash must be placed on the curb for pick up Monday & Thursday. Recycling must be placed on the curb for pick up on Wednesday.

Please note that a Registration/Check-In Fee of $125 (subject to change) will be charged by Venture Out Security upon arrival.
Parking Information: Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. The vehicle must fit fully in the driveway and may not extend into the road. If your vehicle does not fit, you must request an overflow parking pass from the guard gate. Overflow parking is $5 per day, subject to availability (first come - first serve and is not guaranteed), limited to one overflow spot only, and has a maximum stay of 14 days. Boat trailer overflow parking is also subject to availability: $5 per day for trailers under 20 feet and $10 per day for trailers over 25 feet. If overflow parking is unavailable, if your trailer does not fit, or if you need more than one overflow spot, you must use an offsite parking option. For the most up-to-date availability and pricing, please reach out to the offsite companies directly. It is essential to adhere to all the community's Rules and Regulations during your stay to ensure a harmonious experience for all residents and guests. Applicable county and state taxes are collected regardless of the booking platform. Renters must be 25 years or older, and overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 people, all of whom must be registered with the Rental Manager. Furthermore, up to 2 dogs are permitted per Venture Out Regulations.
Check-in time is at 4pm, and check-out time is at 10am unless alternative arrangements have been made with the Rental Manager prior to arrival. To safeguard both guests and the property owner, a refundable $1000 Security Deposit is required at the time of booking. There is a 4% credit card processing fee or you may pay with an e-check with no additional charges. **PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE PAYING WITH AN E-CHECK, THIS PAYMENT OPTION IS THE SAME AS PAYING WITH A PAPER CHECK. IF YOUR E-CHECK IS RETURNED FOR ANY REASON, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $35 RETURNED CHECK FEE AND BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CREDIT CARD WITH A 4% CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE.
The main guest of the reservation will be required to submit a copy of your driver's license to the Rental Manager for our records.
All reservations are subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager.
