Welcome to your Florida Keys escape at RV Lot #474 inside the gated community of Venture Out on Cudjoe Key. This recreational lot offers a relaxed island setting with an open, easy layout that makes settling in simple and stress free.
The lot measures approximately 60' x 30' x 57' x 24', providing generous space for your RV setup and outdoor living area. It is equipped with water and sewer hookups along with both 30 and 50 amp service to comfortably support your RV.
Please note this is for an RV lot only. There is no RV on site.
No cable or WiFi service is provided at this lot.

Parking Information:
Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. The vehicle must fit fully in the driveway and may not extend into the road. If your vehicle does not fit, you must request an overflow parking pass from the guard gate. Overflow parking is $5 per day, subject to availability (first come - first serve and is not guaranteed), limited to one overflow spot only, and has a maximum stay of 14 days. Boat trailer overflow parking is also subject to availability: $5 per day for trailers under 20 feet and $10 per day for trailers over 25 feet. If overflow parking is unavailable, if your trailer does not fit, or if you need more than one overflow spot, you must use an offsite parking option. For the most up-to-date availability and pricing, please reach out to the offsite companies directly. It is essential to adhere to all the community's Rules and Regulations during your stay to ensure a harmonious experience for all residents and guests.
Community rules: Guests must follow all Venture Out rules and regulations, including quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Age requirement: Primary guest must be 25 years of age or older
Payment & Booking Requirements
Signed rental agreement and government-issued ID required after booking. Please reply to the email you receive from us after signing your Rental Agreement with a photo of your ID.
A 4% credit card processing fee applies to credit card payments
E-check accepted at no additional charge
Returned e-checks incur a $25 fee and must be re-paid by credit card
