Surrounded by tall, mature coconut palm trees and lush tropical landscaping, this spacious 35' x 69' lot offers a wonderful combination of privacy, natural shade, and comfortable outdoor living. The lot accommodates RVs up to 45 feet in length and features a paved concrete pad for easy setup, allowing you to settle in and start enjoying island time!
One of the highlights of this charming lot is the outdoor dining area, complete with a concrete picnic table and seating for six. Imagine sipping your morning coffee beneath the palms, enjoying an afternoon barbecue, or gathering with family and friends after a beautiful day on the water. Golf cart rentals are available for $50 per day, subject to availability.
Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
Venture Out Registration/Check-In Fee: $125 (subject to change), paid directly to the community upon arrival. Payment may be made by cash or credit card; processing fees apply.
Parking Information:
Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. The vehicle must fit fully in the driveway and may not extend into the road. If your vehicle does not fit, you must request an overflow parking pass from the guard gate. Overflow parking is $5 per day, subject to availability (first come - first serve and is not guaranteed), limited to one overflow spot only, and has a maximum stay of 14 days. Boat trailer overflow parking is also subject to availability: $5 per day for trailers under 20 feet and $10 per day for trailers over 25 feet. If overflow parking is unavailable, if your trailer does not fit, or if you need more than one overflow spot, you must use an offsite parking option. For the most up-to-date availability and pricing, please reach out to the offsite companies directly.
Community Rules: Guests must follow all Venture Out rules and regulations, including quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older.
Payment & Booking Requirements:
A signed Rental Agreement and government-issued identification are required after booking. Please reply to the email you receive from us after signing your Rental Agreement with a photo of your ID.
A 4% credit card processing fee applies to all credit card payments.
E-check payments are accepted at no additional charge.
If your e-check is returned for any reason, a $25 returned check fee will apply, and payment must be completed by credit card with the applicable 4% processing fee.
