One of the most impressive features of RV Lot #383 is its expansive 53 feet of deep-water dockage, featuring a split seawall measuring 41 feet and 12 feet respectively. The spacious concrete dock is equipped with dock posts, cleats, and a swim ladder, making it convenient to secure your boat, enjoy easy water access, or take a refreshing dip in the beautiful Atlantic waters. With incredible, unobstructed views right from your site, you'll have the perfect setting to enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the ocean, watch the boats cruise by, or unwind after an unforgettable day of fishing and exploring the Lower Keys.
The property features a spacious double-size concrete pad and driveway, providing ample room for your RV and vehicle while creating a clean, comfortable, and functional outdoor living space. Full RV hookups include water, sewer, and 110/30/50-amp electrical service, allowing you to settle in and enjoy your waterfront getaway with ease. A picnic table provides the perfect spot for outdoor dining, enjoying the warm island breezes, or gathering with family and friends. Custom stairs with a railing are also provided for convenient and seamless access to your RV.
The lot's approximate dimensions are 12' x 41' x 67' x 20' x 74', offering a unique waterfront layout designed to make the most of its spectacular Atlantic Ocean setting. Please note that the maximum placement of your RV and vehicle must remain at least 10 feet from the water, and vehicles may not overhang into the street. This rental is for RV Lot #383 only. NO RV is provided or located on the site. Guests must bring their own RV.

Parking Information:
Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. The vehicle must fit fully in the driveway and may not extend into the road. If your vehicle does not fit, you must request an overflow parking pass from the guard gate. Overflow parking is $5 per day, subject to availability (first come - first serve and is not guaranteed), limited to one overflow spot only, and has a maximum stay of 14 days. Boat trailer overflow parking is also subject to availability: $5 per day for trailers under 20 feet and $10 per day for trailers over 25 feet. If overflow parking is unavailable, if your trailer does not fit, or if you need more than one overflow spot, you must use an offsite parking option. For the most up-to-date availability and pricing, please reach out to the offsite companies directly. Must follow all the Rules and Regulations during your stay.
Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of six people, all of whom must be registered with both the Rental Manager and Venture Out. Up to two dogs are allowed per lot. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM unless prior arrangements are made with the Rental Manager. To safeguard both guests and the property owner, a refundable $150 security deposit is required at the time of booking. A 4% credit card processing fee applies, though you may also pay by e-check at no additional cost. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOUR E-CHECK IS RETURNED FOR ANY REASON, A $25 RETURNED CHECK FEE WILL BE CHARGED, AND YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD WITH THE APPLICABLE 4% CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE. The primary guest must submit a copy of their driver's license to the Rental Manager and sign the Rental Agreement within 24 hours of booking. All reservations are subject to final approval by the local Rental Manager.
