Parking Information:
Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. The vehicle must fit fully in the driveway and may not extend into the road. If your vehicle does not fit, you must request an overflow parking pass from the guard gate. Overflow parking is $5 per day, subject to availability (first come - first serve and is not guaranteed), limited to one overflow spot only, and has a maximum stay of 14 days. Boat trailer overflow parking is also subject to availability: $5 per day for trailers under 20 feet and $10 per day for trailers over 25 feet. If overflow parking is unavailable, if your trailer does not fit, or if you need more than one overflow spot, you must use an offsite parking option. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and overnight occupancy is limited to six people who must be registered with both the Rental Manager and Venture Out. Up to two dogs are allowed per lot. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM unless prior arrangements are made with the Rental Manager. A refundable $150 security deposit is required at the time of booking. A 4% credit card processing fee applies, though you may also pay by e-check at no additional cost. If an e-check is returned for any reason, a $25 returned check fee will be applied, and you will be required to complete payment by credit card with the applicable processing fee.
The primary guest must submit a copy of their driver’s license and sign a rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. All reservations are subject to final approval by the local Rental Manager.
