Lot dimensions are approximately 67 feet by 38 feet by 63 feet by 26 feet. Please note that this listing is for an RV lot only—there is no RV on site. Maximum RV and vehicle placement must be at least 10 feet from the water, and vehicles may not overhang into the street. The lot is situated within the gated community of Venture Out, which offers a wide array of amenities to enhance your stay. These include a heated pool and jacuzzi, tennis and pickleball courts, playgrounds, and a community boat ramp. There is also an on-site store for your convenience. 
Nearby, you’ll find great dining options and local favorites such as Square Grouper Restaurant, My New Joint Cocktail Lounge, Morning Joint Coffee, the Bent Prop, Tonio’s Seafood Shack and Tiki Bar, and family fun at Boondock’s Mini Golf and Draft House. Venture Out charges a $125 registration/check-in fee upon arrival (subject to change).
Parking Information:
Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. The vehicle must fit fully in the driveway and may not extend into the road.  If your vehicle does not fit, you must request an overflow parking pass from the guard gate. Overflow parking is $5 per day, subject to availability (first come - first serve and is not guaranteed), limited to one overflow spot only, and has a maximum stay of 14 days.  Boat trailer overflow parking is also subject to availability: $5 per day for trailers under 20 feet and $10 per day for trailers over 25 feet.  If overflow parking is unavailable, if your trailer does not fit, or if you need more than one overflow spot, you must use an offsite parking option. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and overnight occupancy is limited to six people who must be registered with both the Rental Manager and Venture Out. Up to two dogs are allowed per lot. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM unless alternate arrangements are made with the Rental Manager in advance.
A refundable $150 security deposit is required at the time of booking. There is a 4% credit card processing fee; however, you may also pay by e-check at no additional charge. Please note that if your e-check is returned for any reason, a $25 returned check fee will be applied, and you will be required to pay via credit card with the applicable processing fee. The main guest must submit a copy of their driver’s license and sign a rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. All reservations are subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager.
