This gorgeous lot can accommodate a boat up to 44ft!
Please note this is for an RV Lot ONLY. There is no RV on this site. Bring your own RV and stay. The lot comfortably accommodates an RV up to approximately 40 feet and offers water and sewer hookups along with 30-amp, 50-amp and 110-volt electrical service.
This spacious RV lot is approximately 800 square feet larger than the average Venture Out lot, giving you extra room to relax and enjoy your surroundings. Tropical landscaping and a private garden area create your own peaceful retreat—perfect for morning coffee, an afternoon with a good book, or unwinding beneath the Florida Keys sky after a day on the water.
BOATERS, THIS ONE IS FOR YOU! Bring the boat and take advantage of approximately 57 feet of concrete dockage right at your site. With plenty of room for your watercraft, a fish-cleaning station with water and lighting, and convenient access to Venture Out’s community boat launch and marina, you can spend less time preparing and more time fishing, diving, snorkeling, exploring the backcountry or heading out for an unforgettable day on the water.
And then there are the views! Wake up each morning surrounded by tropical scenery and panoramic ocean views, step outside your RV into the warm Keys sunshine, and end your day relaxing waterside as another beautiful island evening settles in. This is the kind of place where flip-flops, fishing rods and sunset cocktails become part of your daily routine.
Venture Out is a gated waterfront community offering an incredible collection of amenities, including a heated swimming pool, hot tub, marina, boat launch, ship store, tennis courts, pickleball courts, bocce, basketball, playground, community activities and more. Enjoy approximately four miles of paved, secured streets that are perfect for walking, biking and exploring the community. Boat launch facilities and overflow parking are also available through Venture Out, subject to community rules and availability.
Located on Cudjoe Key, you’ll also be just a short drive from some of the Lower Keys’ favorite restaurants and hangouts. Enjoy dinner at Square Grouper, cocktails upstairs at My New Joint, grab your morning coffee at Morning Joint, or head out for casual Keys favorites such as The Bent Prop, Tonio’s Seafood Shack & Tiki Bar and Boondocks Mini Golf & Draft House. Whether your perfect Florida Keys vacation involves fishing, boating, kayaking, waterfront dining or simply doing absolutely nothing in the tropical sunshine, this location puts you right in the middle of it all.
A minimum 3-night stay is required. Venture Out regulations allow up to two pets per lot, so your four-legged companions can come along for the adventure.
Please note that Venture Out charges a $150 Registration/Check-In Fee upon arrival. Community fees, rules, parking availability and pricing are subject to change.
Parking Information:
Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. The vehicle must fit fully within the designated parking area and may not extend into the roadway. If your vehicle does not fit, an overflow parking pass must be requested from the Venture Out guard gate. Overflow parking is subject to availability, is first come/first served and is not guaranteed.
Boat trailer overflow parking is also subject to availability and applicable community fees. If overflow parking is unavailable, your trailer does not fit, or additional parking is needed, guests will be responsible for arranging off-site parking. For the most current availability, rules and pricing, please contact Venture Out or the applicable off-site parking provider directly.
To comply with county and state regulations, proper taxes are collected regardless of the booking platform used. Renters must be 25 years or older, and overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 people, all of whom must be registered with the Rental Manager and Venture Out. Venture Out Regulations allow for up to 2 dogs per lot, providing the perfect opportunity to bring your furry companions along for the adventure. Check-in time is at 2pm, and check-out time is at 10am unless alternative arrangements have been made with the Rental Manager prior to arrival. To safeguard both guests and the property owner, a refundable $150 Security Deposit is required at the time of booking. There is a 4% credit card processing fee or you may pay with an e-check with no additional charges. **PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE PAYING WITH AN E-CHECK, THIS PAYMENT OPTION IS THE SAME AS PAYING WITH A PAPER CHECK. IF YOUR E-CHECK IS RETURNED FOR ANY REASON, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $25 RETURNED CHECK FEE AND BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CREDIT CARD WITH A 4% CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE. The main guest of the reservation will be required to submit a copy of your driver's license to the rental manager for our records. The Rental Agreement is required to be signed within 24 hours from time of booking. All reservations are subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager.
