Beautiful RV lot with vegetation around you for privacy to enjoy the RV living life. Enjoy a quiet block and views of the canal across the street when there are no RV's renting the RV lot. 110/50/30 Amp Service, Electric and Sewage hook-ups. Utilities must be paid for by the renter. No cable or WIFI but can be set up by renter. RV must be owned by renter. Background check a must.
Maximum 6 persons. Maximum of 1 cars/truck/SUV's and a maximum of 1 additional motorize vehicles consisting of golf carts, motor scooters, or mopeds. Parking only on area paved with asphalt, concrete, gravel or similar construction. Park speed limit is 10 MPH. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am. Trash must be placed on the curb for pick up Monday & Thursday. Recycling must be placed on the curb for pick up on Wednesday. Close to Bathhouse #3 to have laundry facilities and extra showers and bathrooms. Just a short walk to the center of the park where all the amenities are. There you will find all the sports activities: tennis courts (2), basketball court, pickleball (2), bocce courts (2), and a kids playground. Venture Out also offers a fenced in 80-foot community pool and hot tub for your use as well.
Nearby restaurants and bars include Square Grouper Bar & Grill & My New Joint to enjoy some exquisite meals and craft cocktails, Broil Steakhouse is well known for their amazing steaks and service, Boondocks Grille & Draft House is a fun, family friendly huge tiki bar and restaurant with miniature golf, Looe Key Bar has live music nightly and The Bent Prop you can dine on the water! Please note that a Registration/Check-In Fee of $125 (subject to change) will be charged by Venture Out Security upon arrival. Additionally, parking is available for only one vehicle per unit, and extra parking permits may be obtained from the Guard Station for a nominal nightly fee, subject to availability. It is important to adhere to all Rules and Regulations during your stay. Applicable county and state taxes are collected regardless of the booking platform. Renters must be 25 years or older, and overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 people, all of whom must be registered with the Rental Manager. Furthermore, up to 2 dogs are permitted per Venture Out Regulations.
Check-in time is at 4pm, and check-out time is at 10am unless alternative arrangements have been made with the Property Manager prior to arrival. To safeguard both guests and the property owner, a refundable $150 Security Deposit is required at the time of booking. Additionally, a 4% credit card processing fee will be applied if paying with a credit card. The main guest of the reservation will be required to submit a copy of your driver's license to the Rental Manager for our records.
The Rental Agreement is required to be signed within 24 hours from time of booking.
