Spend your days on the water, then return home to clean your fresh catch at the dockside fish cleaning station complete with dock water access and a bait freezer.
Step outside into your own tropical oasis featuring a brand-new concrete saltwater pool with a relaxing sunshelf, a spacious tiki hut with TV for catching the big game, lush landscaping, and a fully fenced backyard designed for laid-back island living. Fire up the BBQ grill, dine outdoors under the palms, or unwind poolside with plenty of comfortable seating areas to enjoy the Keys breeze.
The Space: Inside, the bright open-concept living and dining areas flow seamlessly into a beautifully renovated kitchen with modern finishes, quality cabinetry, seating for four at the dining table, plus additional seating for three at the kitchen island. A Keurig coffee maker is also provided so you can start each morning with your favorite brew before heading out on the water. For added convenience, high-speed WiFi is available throughout the home and a washing machine and dryer are provided for use during your stay, making longer visits and boating days easy and comfortable.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms: This spacious home comfortably accommodates guests with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus a dedicated office space for those needing to work remotely while enjoying paradise. Every bedroom includes a TV for added comfort and convenience.
The primary suite is a relaxing retreat featuring an adjustable king-size bed and a beautifully updated ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Guest bedrooms include another adjustable king-size bed and a full-size bed, making this home ideal for families, couples, or extended stays. The new renovated second bathroom has a beautiful walk in shower.
