The Space
Step inside to a bright and spacious open-concept layout designed for comfortable island living. The home is exceptionally well maintained and features updated finishes, coastal touches, and an easygoing atmosphere that feels welcoming from the moment you arrive.
The large living and kitchen areas overlook the canal, allowing natural light to fill the space while providing beautiful waterfront views. Sliding glass doors lead from the living area to the covered outdoor deck, creating a shaded and comfortable place to enjoy the Florida Keys weather throughout the day.
The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you may need to prepare meals during your stay. A single-serve coffee maker with a reusable pod is also provided for easy mornings before heading out on the water.
The open living area offers comfortable seating and a Smart TV, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of fishing, boating, or exploring the Lower Keys.

You’re just minutes from popular local favorites including Square Grouper, Morning Joint, The Bent Prop, Broil, Mangrove Mama’s, Kiki’s Sandbar, and Boondocks Draft House with mini golf.
Key West is approximately 20 minutes away, making it easy to spend the day exploring its restaurants, shopping, nightlife, waterfront attractions, and historic Old Town before returning to the quieter atmosphere of Cudjoe Key.

Starter supplies provided: A starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels is provided and typically lasts 1 to 2 days.
This home is not pet friendly.
Golf cart rentals available: $50 per day, subject to availability.
Venture Out registration fee: $125, subject to change, paid directly to the community upon arrival. Processing fees may apply.
Parking Information
Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. The vehicle must fit fully within the property's designated parking area and may not extend into the roadway.
If your vehicle does not fit, you must request an overflow parking pass from the guard gate. Overflow parking is $5 per day, subject to availability, is first come, first served and is not guaranteed. Overflow parking is limited to one spot and has a maximum stay of 14 days.
Boat trailer overflow parking is also subject to availability: $5 per day for trailers under 20 feet and $10 per day for trailers over 25 feet.
If overflow parking is unavailable, if your trailer does not fit, or if you need more than one overflow spot, you must use an offsite parking option. For the most up-to-date availability and pricing, please reach out to the offsite companies directly.
Community rules
Guests must follow all Venture Out rules and regulations, including quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Age requirement: Primary guest must be 25 years of age or older.
Payment & Booking Requirements
A signed rental agreement and government-issued ID are required after booking. Please reply to the email you receive after signing your rental agreement with a photo of your ID.
A 4% credit card processing fee applies to credit card payments.
E-checks are accepted at no additional charge.
Returned e-checks incur a $25 fee and must be repaid by credit card.
