Perfectly positioned to capture unbelievable, open-water views, this property offers a front-row seat to the incredible natural beauty of the Florida Keys. From peaceful mornings overlooking the water to relaxing afternoons beside your private pool, the waterfront setting creates the ultimate tropical escape.
For guests bringing a boat, the property features a private dock where boats may tie up. However, boating access is limited due to the surrounding shallow water conditions. The area immediately off the dock has been dredged to approximately 6–10 feet deep, creating a deeper-water section that extends approximately 50 yards outward and spans about 200 yards in width before reaching the surrounding shallow waters. Because of these conditions, the dock is not suitable for every vessel, and guests planning to bring a boat should carefully consider their boat's draft and navigation requirements before making arrangements. The deeper water immediately surrounding the dock does not guarantee unrestricted boating access beyond the dredged area.

Payments and Booking Requirements
Payments made via credit card are subject to a 4% processing fee. E-check payments are accepted with no additional fee. Returned e-checks are subject to a $25 fee and repayment via credit card. All reservations are subject to final approval by the local Rental Manager. Online bookings are reviewed within 24 hours.
A signed vacation rental agreement is required to confirm your reservation.
