The Space
This canal front stilted home features an open floor plan and is perfectly positioned in the marina basin with spectacular water views and a front row seat to the boats heading in and out of the marina.
The bright and airy living space is designed for comfort after a full day on the water. The dining room table has seating for 6, plus 3 extra seats at the breakfast bar. There is a drip coffee maker to enjoy your favorite morning brew. The living room features a smart TV and comfortable seating, creating a relaxing place to unwind.
The home is cooled by central air conditioning and offers high speed Wi-Fi throughout. A washer and dryer are also provided, making longer stays and boating trips easy and convenient.

Oceanfront Oasis #373 is a true boater and angler friendly getaway, featuring a 35 foot concrete dock that can accommodate boats up to approximately 32 feet, with easy access to open water.
The private dock includes cleats, heavy duty dock posts, a swim ladder, water for rinsing down your boat, and an outdoor shower. You are also conveniently located near the marina for fuel, bait, and supplies.
Just a short boat ride away is Looe Key, one of the most famous reef systems in the Florida Keys, offering world class snorkeling, diving, and vibrant marine life in crystal clear waters. Picnic Island is a nearby local sandbar favorite, perfect for relaxing after a morning of fishing.

Parking: 1 vehicle per unit. Driveway size: 9.5'W x 32'L x 7.3'H. Overflow parking may be available for an additional fee
Community rules: Guests must follow all Venture Out rules and regulations, including quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Age requirement: Primary guest must be 25 years of age or older

Signed rental agreement and government issued ID required after booking. Please reply to the email you receive after signing your rental agreement with a photo of your ID.
A 4 % credit card processing fee applies to credit card payments.
E check accepted at no additional charge.
Returned e checks incur a $25 fee and must be repaid by credit card.
