The Space
Inside, you’ll find a bright and welcoming coastal retreat thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The open-concept living space is perfect for gathering after a day on the water, while smart TVs and high-speed Wi-Fi make it easy to stay connected and entertained throughout your stay.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals at home and features both a drip coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker so every guest can enjoy their favorite morning routine. The dining table comfortably seats up to 6 guests, making it the perfect place for family dinners, game nights, or planning the next day’s adventures.
The living room also includes a queen-size pull-out sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations.

Mahi House #440 is a true boater’s paradise featuring a 35’ concrete seawall that can accommodate boats up to approximately 32 feet, with quick and convenient ocean access for fishing, snorkeling, diving, sandbar trips, and sunset cruises.
After a successful day on the water, guests can take advantage of the private fish cleaning station and outdoor grilling area to prepare fresh seafood right at home.

Golf Cart Rental Rates:
$40 per day
$200 per week
$550 per month
Guests interested in renting the golf cart should notify the rental manager prior to arrival so it can be fully charged and ready upon check-in.
Pet-Friendly Details
This home is pet friendly and welcomes up to 2 dogs with a paid $250 pet fee per pet. Guests must notify the rental manager at the time of booking if bringing pets.

Located on Cudjoe Key at Mile Marker 23, Mahi House #440 is close to many of the Florida Keys’ favorite restaurants and attractions including Square Grouper, Morning Joint, The Bent Prop, Mangrove Mama’s, Kiki’s Sandbar, and Boondocks Draft House & Mini Golf, all within about a 10-minute drive.
Looe Key Reef, famous for world-class snorkeling, diving, and fishing, is nearby, while Key West is only about 20 minutes away for additional dining, shopping, nightlife, and entertainment.

Signed rental agreement and copy of government-issued ID required within 24 hours of booking acceptance
Venture Out Registration Fee:
A separate $125 registration fee (subject to change) is collected directly by Venture Out upon arrival. Payment may be made by cash or credit card. 
Parking Information:
Parking is limited to 1 vehicle per unit. The driveway measures approximately 14’ long x 10’ wide. Vehicles must fit completely within the driveway and may not extend into the roadway.
If your vehicle does not fit, overflow parking may be available through the guard gate for an additional nightly fee, subject to availability and community rules.
Payment Information
A 4% credit card processing fee applies to credit card payments.
E-check payments are accepted at no additional charge.
Returned e-checks incur a $25 fee and must be repaid by credit card with applicable processing fees.
