Nestled in the heart of the gated community of Venture Out, this beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath home offers the ideal blend of comfort and style, with a coastal-inspired decor that invites relaxation and rejuvenation. Step inside to find a spacious living area bathed in natural light, featuring tasteful furnishings and lovely ocean hues that create a serene atmosphere.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and ample counter space, making it a joy to prepare meals or enjoy a quick snack before heading out to explore. There is convenient bar top seating at the kitchen island for Two. Next to the kitchen is a glass top dining table with seating for 5.
The Lookout is in close walking distance of all the activities waiting for you here at Venture Out!

Both bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind, offering plush bedding and plenty of storage. The bathrooms are clean and well-appointed, providing a refreshing space to unwind after a day of adventure.
The Primary Bedroom has a comfortable Queen size Sleep Number Bed and ensuite bathroom.
The Guest Bedroom offers a Full size Bed. The Guest Bathroom is just a few steps away from the bedroom. 
There are TVs in each room to satisfy all guests and family member's choices.

Downstairs you will find plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the fresh ocean air. There is a BBQ grill for your use as well to cook up your fresh catch of the day.

Some dogs allowed with owner approval required. There is a $150 pet fee/pet. Please let us know at time of booking if you are requesting to bring pets.

Venture Out is a golf cart friendly, private gated community that boasts a plethora of amenities to elevate your stay to the next level. Or head a little further to Key West for even more fun only 20 minutes away!

Located inside Venture Out on Cudjoe Key. A separate Registration Fee of $125 (subject to change) will be charged by Venture Out at time of arrival. This fee must be paid with cash or credit card (4% credit card fee will apply). Parking for 1 vehicle per Unit. This vehicle must fit on the driveway and not extend out to the road. The driveway measurements are 25'L x 12'W.  If your vehicle does not fit when you arrive, you will need to see the guard gate for an additional parking pass for the overflow lot which costs $5/day. Extra parking permit may be available at the Guard Station for an additional nightly fee for a maximum of 14 days depending on availability. Must follow all the Rules and Regulations during your stay.
Main guest must be 25 years of age or older and will need to email a copy of your drivers license to the Rental Manager after booking has been accepted. The vacation rental agreement must be signed and returned within 24 hours of booking acceptance. There is a 4% credit card processing fee or you may pay with an e-check with no additional charges. **PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE PAYING WITH AN E-CHECK, THIS PAYMENT OPTION IS THE SAME AS PAYING WITH A PAPER CHECK. IF YOUR E-CHECK IS RETURNED FOR ANY REASON, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $25 RETURNED CHECK FEE AND BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CREDIT CARD WITH A 4% CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE. 
**Due to ongoing electrical upgrades within the community, some amenities may be unavailable during your stay, and there may be interruptions in electrical service during repairs. Please contact us before booking for estimated closure and repair dates.
