This Beautifully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath canal front home awaits your arrival.
Accommodations to sleep up to 6 adults comfortably.
The Primary Bedroom has a King size bed for your comfort and an ensuite bathroom for privacy.
The Guest Bedroom has a Full Bed size bed and ample closet space.
For additional sleeping accommodations, the living room has a full size pull out sleeper sofa.
Excellent location for quick and easy boating access to both Atlantic and Gulf Side. This property has a 21' concrete dock which can accommodate up to a 17' boat. Also offers a fish cleaning station, swimming ladder, and dock post. Enjoy biking the paved community on the 3 provided bicycles. Or take the day to kayak out to Kemp Channel and explore on the provided kayaks at this home. The possibilities are endless when you are on Keys Time!
This is a pet friendly home. Up to 2 dogs allowed with a paid pet fee of $150 per pet. Rental Manager must be notified at time of booking,
Venture Out is a golf cart friendly, private gated community that boasts a plethora of amenities to elevate your stay to the next level. Indulge in resort-style amenities, including a Marina store with fuel onsite, bait and convenience market, boat wash down station, 80-foot heated pool, Jacuzzi, large kiddie pool, salt water swimming lagoon, convenience market, post office, 2 lighted tennis courts, basketball and bocce courts.
Adventure beyond the gates for a bite to eat at some of Florida Keys favorite restaurants such as, Square Grouper, Morning Joint, The Bent Prop, Mangrove Mamas, Kiki's Sandbar or Boondocks Draft house and Miniature Golf course, all within a 10 minute drive. Or head a little further to Key West for even more fun only 20 minutes away!

Located inside Venture Out on Cudjoe Key. A separate Registration Fee of $125 (subject to change) will be charged by Venture Out at time of arrival. This fee must be paid with cash or credit card (4% credit card fee will apply). Parking for 1 vehicle per Unit. This vehicle must fit on the driveway and not extend out to the road. The driveway measurements are 20'L x 9.5'W. If your vehicle does not fit when you arrive, you will need to see the guard gate for an additional parking pass for the overflow lot which costs $5/day. Extra parking permit may be available at the Guard Station for an additional nightly fee for a maximum of 14 days depending on availability. Must follow all the Rules and Regulations during your stay.
Main guest must be 25 years of age or older and will need to email a copy of your drivers license to the Rental Manager after booking has been accepted. The vacation rental agreement must be signed and returned within 24 hours of booking acceptance. There is a 4% credit card processing fee or you may pay with an e-check with no additional charges. **PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE PAYING WITH AN E-CHECK, THIS PAYMENT OPTION IS THE SAME AS PAYING WITH A PAPER CHECK. IF YOUR E-CHECK IS RETURNED FOR ANY REASON, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $25 RETURNED CHECK FEE AND BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CREDIT CARD WITH A 4% CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE.

The place was super clean, had really comfortable beds, cold A/C, and a great kitchen. We especially liked the large covered porch, that faced west as it provided shade in the early morning. We like having our morning coffee on the porch. Bluescape checked in with us often to make sure everything was going well. Just note that the dock is limited to a small boat (17 feet or less - I believe). We had a great time and will be back.

This place is so beautiful, peaceful and quiet. The community has everything you need, a pool, a store with ice, gas, fishing equipment, and MORE! The house was clean, and equipped with everything. We really enjoyed our mini vacation in this beautiful house. We are definitely going back. Also, the host is really kind, and flexible. Definitely a good host.

The house was perfect for my husband and I to spend some time in the beautiful area. We enjoyed it so much, we added a day. It is close enough to Key West that we went several times, but was also nice because it was a lot quieter and were able to hang at several of the local bars/restaurants. Kelly was fantastic to work with. So accommodating and communicative. We arrived earlier than anticipated and she let us check in early and was able to let us stay a few hours longer upon check out. Highly recommend!

A wonderful get away after the holidays. We enjoyed the accommodations as they were so quaint and comfortable. We sat on the porch every morning and evening....so peaceful. A wonderful way to begin and end the day. We kayaked in the mangroves near Big Coppitt Key and spent a day in Key West. You must go to the Square Grouper and the Morning Joint! A fun time was had by all!!! Also loved Kiki's Sandbar......great music and great food! Fun vibe!

We spent 3 nights at Keys Time in between Christmas and New Years. Check-in process was a bit lengthy because we hadn’t filled out the Venture Out registration in advance so they didn’t have a record of our reservation. But once we got in, we found the house to be clean, modern and comfortable! We had a great stay!

This was the best house that we have stayed at so far in Venture Out. Would definitely come back. Note that the boat area is only 17 foot, even though it is a 20 foot sea wall.

This is just perfect! The location is great especially if you are looking to bring boat or jet ski. The private marina there is very stress free and being able to leave them docked right in front of the house is perfect. The house itself is very comfortable and cozy with amazing view. The hosts are very reliable and always communicate very quickly about everything and anything you need. Overall I highly recommend renting this property if you are wanting to stay in Cudjoe Key which is just a quick hop to Key West!

If you are an early riser and like specialty coffee walk (or ride a bike) down to The Morning Joint. I spent a few hours reading by the community pool then came back to condo and finished my book in the shaded comfort of the back deck. We had a wonderful dinner at The Square Grouper that evening. Drive over to the No Name Pub to see the endangered key deer found on the next key. Best vacation, we plan to come back next year!

We took our first trip to the Keys and worked with Kelly at Bluescape Vacation Rentals to find the perfect spot so my husband could bring his boat. Kelly knew her inventory and found a great spot for us! Kelly was very communicative the entire time and answered any questions very timely fashion. In addition, we accidentally left a large boat cushion at the property and Kelly went above and beyond to help get it back to us. I highly recommend Kelly and her company for your Vacation or Real Estate needs. I know we will definitely contact her for our next trip!
