Nestled along a peaceful canal, this beautifully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation home combines comfort, convenience, and the laid-back island lifestyle that makes the Florida Keys such a sought-after destination.

The Space
Bright, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed, Keys Time #437 offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The open-concept living area is perfect for relaxing after a day on the water, complete with comfortable furnishings, central air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms.
The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals easy and includes a Hamilton Beach combination drip and single-serve coffee maker, so every guest can enjoy their favorite morning brew before heading out to explore the Keys.
A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the home, making longer stays and boating vacations even more enjoyable.

Waterfront Living, Boating & Fishing
Keys Time #437 is ideal for guests who want to spend their vacation on the water. The private 21’ concrete seawall accommodates boats up to approximately 17 feet and provides convenient access to the beautiful waters of the Lower Florida Keys.
The dock is equipped with a Fish cleaning station, Swim ladder for easy canal access & Dock posts for securing your boat.
Spend your mornings casting a line from the dock, your afternoons cruising the nearby waters, and your evenings grilling your fresh catch on the gas BBQ grill.
The covered waterfront patio offers a comfortable outdoor seating area with a coffee table, making it the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, or simply relax while watching boats drift by. Keep an eye on the canal, as friendly manatees are occasional visitors and one of the many reasons guests fall in love with this home.
Pet-Friendly Details
Your four-legged family members are welcome, too! Keys Time #437 welcomes up to 2 well-behaved dogs with a non-refundable $250 pet fee per pet. Please notify the rental manager at the time of booking if you plan to bring your pets.
Community Amenities at Venture Out
Venture Out is one of the premier gated waterfront communities in the Lower Florida Keys and offers guests access to outstanding amenities including a Marina store with fuel, bait, and convenience items, 2 Boat ramps and awash-down station, a Massive 80’ heated saltwater swimming pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, and saltwater swimming lagoon, Tennis courts, basketball, bocce ball, and pickleball courts. There is an onsite Post office and convenience market and Oceanfront common areas with waterfront seating and tropical breezes. The community is Gated with onsite security. Venture Out is also electric golf cart-friendly throughout the community.
Location
Located on Cudjoe Key at Mile Marker 23, Keys Time #437 is just minutes from some of the Florida Keys' favorite restaurants and attractions, including Square Grouper, Morning Joint, The Bent Prop, Mangrove Mama's, Kiki's Sandbar, and Boondocks Draft House & Mini Golf.
Looe Key Reef, famous for world-class snorkeling and diving, is just a short drive or boat ride away, while Key West is only about 20 minutes away for additional dining, shopping, nightlife, and entertainment.
Good to Know
Up to 2 dogs permitted with prior approval and paid pet fee.
Minimum age to book is 25 years old.
Signed rental agreement and copy of government-issued ID required within 24 hours of booking acceptance.
Venture Out Registration Fee:
A separate $125 registration fee, subject to change, is collected directly by Venture Out upon arrival. Payment may be made by cash or credit card. Credit card payments are subject to a 4% processing fee.
Parking Information
Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. The vehicle must fit fully in the driveway and may not extend into the road. The driveway measures approximately 20’ long x 9.5’ wide. If your vehicle does not fit, you must request an overflow parking pass from the guard gate. Overflow parking is $5 per day, subject to availability (first come - first serve and is not guaranteed), limited to one overflow spot only, and has a maximum stay of 14 days.
Boat trailer overflow parking is also subject to availability: $5 per day for trailers under 20 feet and $10 per day for trailers over 25 feet.
If overflow parking is unavailable, if your trailer does not fit, or if you need more than one overflow spot, you must use an offsite parking option. For the most up-to-date availability and pricing, please reach out to the offsite companies directly. Must follow all the Rules and Regulations during your stay.
Payment Information
A 4% credit card processing fee applies to credit card payments.
E-check payments are accepted at no additional charge.
Returned e-checks incur a $25 fee and must be repaid by credit card with applicable processing fees.

Loved the house and location, neighborhood was very cute and quiet, easy to get in, we had no issues at all! Everything was perfect EXCEPT for the security that works the park1 they are rude and not tolerant to the kids in the park- which isn't a reflection of Bluescape- just of the park. The place was super clean, had really comfortable beds, cold A/C, and a great kitchen. We especially liked the large covered porch, that faced west as it provided shade in the early morning. We like having our morning coffee on the porch. Bluescape checked in with us often to make sure everything was going well. Just note that the dock is limited to a small boat (17 feet or less - I believe). We had a great time and will be back.

The house was perfect for my husband and I to spend some time in the beautiful area. We enjoyed it so much, we added a day. It is close enough to Key West that we went several times, but was also nice because it was a lot quieter and were able to hang at several of the local bars/restaurants. Kelly was fantastic to work with. So accommodating and communicative. We arrived earlier than anticipated and she let us check in early and was able to let us stay a few hours longer upon check out. Highly recommend!

A wonderful get away after the holidays. We enjoyed the accommodations as they were so quaint and comfortable. We sat on the porch every morning and evening....so peaceful. A wonderful way to begin and end the day. We kayaked in the mangroves near Big Coppitt Key and spent a day in Key West. You must go to the Square Grouper and the Morning Joint! A fun time was had by all!!! Also loved Kiki's Sandbar......great music and great food! Fun vibe!

We spent 3 nights at Keys Time in between Christmas and New Years. Check-in process was a bit lengthy because we hadn’t filled out the Venture Out registration in advance so they didn’t have a record of our reservation. But once we got in, we found the house to be clean, modern and comfortable! We had a great stay!

This is just perfect! The location is great especially if you are looking to bring boat or jet ski. The private marina there is very stress free and being able to leave them docked right in front of the house is perfect. The house itself is very comfortable and cozy with amazing view. The hosts are very reliable and always communicate very quickly about everything and anything you need. Overall I highly recommend renting this property if you are wanting to stay in Cudjoe Key which is just a quick hop to Key West!

If you are an early riser and like specialty coffee walk (or ride a bike) down to The Morning Joint. I spent a few hours reading by the community pool then came back to condo and finished my book in the shaded comfort of the back deck. We had a wonderful dinner at The Square Grouper that evening. We took our first trip to the Keys and worked with Kelly at Bluescape Vacation Rentals to find the perfect spot so my husband could bring his boat. Kelly knew her inventory and found a great spot for us! Kelly was very communicative the entire time and answered any questions very timely fashion. In addition, we accidentally left a large boat cushion at the property and Kelly went above and beyond to help get it back to us. I highly recommend Kelly and her company for your Vacation or Real Estate needs. I know we will definitely contact her for our next trip!

Great place! Better than the photos. Ashley was amazing at communicating! We only had a slight issue with the freezer, but those things happen, and it was fixed right away. No big deal. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely go back! Thank you Bluescape!
