The living room offers a large sectional sofa and a 65" Roku TV, while the dining table comfortably seats six guests.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for home-cooked meals, including a Keurig coffee machine for your favorite morning brew. A washer and dryer are located in the home for added convenience. The spacious primary bedroom features a king bed, a 55" Roku TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed with a 23" smart TV, while an additional bedroom offers two twin beds — ideal for families or groups. A second guest bathroom also features a shower/tub combo.
Located on a very quiet street, this home is perfect for those seeking a relaxing getaway. Rent kayaks or paddleboards to explore the calm canal waters nearby, and enjoy outdoor cooking with the Weber charcoal grill located in the downstairs renter’s closet for guest use. There is one security camera located at the front door. Sorry, this home is not pet friendly. This tropical escape blends comfort, convenience, and laid-back island living.

This home accommodates up to 2 cars and 1 trailer. If you require additional parking, please contact us to check if extra vehicles can be accommodated. This is a 28-day minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 years of age or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 people, and all guests need to be registered with the Rental manager. No smoking. Utilities are included within reason.  All reservations subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Rental Manager within 24 hours. There is a 4% credit card processing fee or you may pay with an e-check with no additional charges. **PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE PAYING WITH AN E-CHECK, THIS PAYMENT OPTION IS THE SAME AS PAYING WITH A PAPER CHECK. IF YOUR E-CHECK IS RETURNED FOR ANY REASON, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $25 RETURNED CHECK FEE AND BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CREDIT CARD WITH A 4% CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE.  The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Rental Manager for the reservation to be confirmed.
