This thoughtfully arranged home is ideal for families, couples, or snowbirds looking to relax in a tropical setting.
Primary Bedroom has a Queen bed, Spacious closet and full ensuite bath with stand-up shower. One of the Guest Bedrooms has a Queen bed, dresser, plenty of closet space and luggage rack. This Gust bedroom has a door that allows you to walk on to the back porch for a comfortable peaceful place to take in the salt air and ocean views. The other Guest Bedroom has 2 twin beds & spacious closet. 
The full Guest Bathroom has a stand up shower, cabinet storage, and includes the laundry area equipped with washer and dryer so you can pack light for your stay.

Comfortable living room with couch, recliner, and smart TV. There is a Dining table with seating for four.
The fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove, built in microwave, dishwasher, and bar seating for 4 - great for casual meals or morning coffee. The kitchen features a 12 cup drip Cooks Coffee Maker at this home for you to enjoy your favorite brew.

Front & Back Porch - Has comfortable seating to enjoy your views and fresh salty air. The back porch overlooks a serene garden view.
Downstairs has a picnic table to enjoy family meals
Back Patio: Private seating area overlooking lush landscaping and peekaboo ocean views
Ground-Level Picnic Table: Shady spot to enjoy an outdoor meal with friends and family. There is a large shared backyard with just a few neighbors that has lush landscaping that is super private to enjoy as well.

Upon arrival, you'll find a complimentary starter kit of essentials to help you settle in comfortably. This includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, small shampoos, and laundry pods. For longer stays, we kindly recommend visiting a local grocery store or bringing additional supplies to ensure you have everything you need for the duration of your visit.
Adventure beyond the gates for a bite to eat at some of Florida Keys favorite restaurants such as, Square Grouper, Morning Joint, The Bent Prop, Mangrove Mamas, Kiki's Sandbar or Boondocks Draft house and Miniature Golf course, all within a 10 minute drive. Or head a little further to Key West for even more fun only 20 minutes away!

Located inside Venture Out on Cudjoe Key. A separate Registration Fee of $125 (subject to change) will be charged by Venture Out at time of arrival. This fee must be paid with cash or credit card (4% credit card fee will apply).
Parking Information:
Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. The vehicle must fit fully in the driveway and may not extend into the road.  The driveway has a height restriction of 7'6", 25' long and width of 11'.  If your vehicle does not fit, you must request an overflow parking pass from the guard gate. Overflow parking is $5 per day, subject to availability (first come - first serve and is not guaranteed), limited to one overflow spot only, and has a maximum stay of 14 days.
Boat trailer overflow parking is also subject to availability: $5 per day for trailers under 20 feet and $10 per day for trailers over 25 feet.
If overflow parking is unavailable, if your trailer does not fit, or if you need more than one overflow spot, you must use an offsite parking option. For the most up-to-date availability and pricing, please reach out to the offsite companies directly.  Must follow all the Rules and Regulations during your stay. 
This is not a pet-friendly home. We kindly ask - NO ANIMALS at this home due to SEVERE allergies, however if you are searching for a similar property that is pet friendly, please reach out and ask - we are the onsite rental manager at Venture Out and may have another property to offer you.  
Main guest must be 25 years of age or older and will need to email a copy of your drivers license to the Rental Manager after booking has been accepted. The vacation rental agreement must be signed and returned within 24 hours of booking acceptance. There is a 4% credit card processing fee or you may pay with an e-check with no additional charges. **PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE PAYING WITH AN E-CHECK, THIS PAYMENT OPTION IS THE SAME AS PAYING WITH A PAPER CHECK. IF YOUR E-CHECK IS RETURNED FOR ANY REASON, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $25 RETURNED CHECK FEE AND BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CREDIT CARD WITH A 4% CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE.
