The Space
Island Home in Paradise #624 offers a comfortable and inviting layout designed for easy vacation living. Inside, you’ll find a bright living area with comfortable seating, smart coastal décor, and a dedicated desk workspace for guests needing to work remotely during their stay.
The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home and includes everything needed for cooking and dining in. Enjoy your morning coffee with the Black & Decker 12-cup drip coffee maker before heading out for a day on the water.
Central A/C and Wi-Fi are provided throughout the home for added comfort and convenience.

Pet-Friendly Details
This property is pet-friendly for up to 1 dog with a maximum weight of 25 pounds. A paid pet fee of $250 applies. Guests must notify the rental manager at the time of booking if bringing a pet.

Location
Conveniently located on Cudjoe Key, you’ll be just minutes from some of the Lower Keys’ favorite restaurants and attractions including Square Grouper, The Bent Prop, Morning Joint, Mangrove Mama’s, Kiki’s Sandbar, and Boondocks Draft House & Miniature Golf.
The home is also located near the world-famous Looe Key Reef, known for exceptional snorkeling, diving, and fishing opportunities.
For additional dining, nightlife, shopping, and entertainment, Key West is only about 25 minutes away.
Good to Know
Venture Out registration fee: $125 (subject to change), paid directly to the community at arrival (cash or credit card; processing fees may apply)
Parking Information:
Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit. The vehicle must fit fully in the driveway and may not extend into the road.  The driveway measures approximately 18’ long x 13’ wide.  If your vehicle does not fit, you must request an overflow parking pass from the guard gate. Overflow parking is $5 per day, subject to availability (first come - first serve and is not guaranteed), limited to one overflow spot only, and has a maximum stay of 14 days.
Boat trailer overflow parking is also subject to availability: $5 per day for trailers under 20 feet and $10 per day for trailers over 25 feet.
If overflow parking is unavailable, if your trailer does not fit, or if you need more than one overflow spot, you must use an offsite parking option. For the most up-to-date availability and pricing, please reach out to the offsite companies directly. Must follow all the Rules and Regulations during your stay.

Starter supplies provided: A starter supply of essentials is included to get you started. These supplies are generally enough for a 1-night stay

Payment & Booking Requirements
Signed rental agreement and government-issued ID are required after booking. Please reply to the email you receive from us after signing your rental agreement with a photo of your ID.
A 4% credit card processing fee applies to credit card payments.
E-check payments are accepted at no additional charge.
Returned e-checks incur a $25 fee and must be repaid by credit card.
