Need-to-Know Information Before You Book:
Community Registration Fee: A $125 fee (subject to change) is required by the Venture Out HOA. This must be paid at the guard gate upon arrival (cash or credit card; 4% credit card fee applies).
Parking: One vehicle per unit is permitted. Vehicles must fit in the designated driveway. If oversized, additional parking may be available in the overflow lot for $5/day, up to 14 days (based on availability).
Occupancy Limit: Strictly limited to 6 guests total, including infants and children.
Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 25 years or older and must email a copy of their valid driver’s license to the rental manager within 24 hours of booking acceptance.
Rental Agreement: Must be signed and returned within 24 hours of booking confirmation.
Payment Details: A 4% fee applies to credit card payments. You may also pay by e-check with no additional fee. Returned e-checks will incur a $25 fee, and future payments must be made by credit card.
Community Rules: Guests are required to follow all Neighborhood Association rules and regulations. Violations may result in fines or immediate removal from the property without refund.
No Smoking allowed in the home.
