The open-concept living area is warm, inviting, and filled with natural light, creating the perfect space to relax after a day on the water. The fully equipped kitchen features everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, along with a spacious island with seating for 2 and a colorful dining area that comfortably seats 4 additional guests.
Coffee lovers will appreciate the Cuisinart dual drip and pod coffee maker, giving guests the flexibility to enjoy either a full pot or single-serve coffee while taking in the waterfront scenery each morning.
The living space flows seamlessly outdoors where multiple waterfront seating areas invite you to relax with a cocktail, watch the boats pass by, or simply soak in the endless ocean views and tropical breezes.

Guests enjoy direct boating access to the Atlantic Ocean and nearby Gulf waters, making this home ideal for fishing trips, sandbar adventures, snorkeling excursions, and sunset cruises throughout the Lower Florida Keys.

Looe Key Reef, one of the most famous reef systems in the Florida Keys for snorkeling and diving, is also nearby. When you’re ready for additional shopping, nightlife, and entertainment, Key West is only about 20 minutes away.

Signed rental agreement and copy of government-issued ID required within 24 hours of booking acceptance
Venture Out Registration Fee:
A separate $125 registration fee (subject to change) is collected directly by Venture Out upon arrival. Payment may be made by cash or credit card. 
Parking Information:
Parking is limited to 1 vehicle per unit. The driveway measures approximately 25’ long x 9’ wide with 12’ height clearance. Vehicles must fit completely within the driveway and may not extend into the roadway.
If your vehicle does not fit, overflow parking may be available through the guard gate for an additional nightly fee, subject to availability and community rules.
Payment Information
A 4% credit card processing fee applies to credit card payments.
E-check payments are accepted at no additional charge.
Returned e-checks incur a $25 fee and must be repaid by credit card with applicable processing fees.
