The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, including modern appliances, ample counter space, and a Keurig coffee maker plus a drip Cuisinart to start your mornings right. This property is a dream destination for boaters and anglers. Guests enjoy access to a private 40-foot concrete dock located on a separate waterfront lot directly across the street from the home, with easy access to open water via a very short canal ride. Conveniently located near Looe Key, one of the most famous reef systems in the Florida Keys, offering world-class snorkeling, diving, and vibrant marine life in crystal-clear waters just a short boat ride away. Picnic Island is a nearby local sandbar popular with locals and visitors. A beautiful place to hang out after a day of fishing. The canal control depth is approximately 4 feet and the dock can accommodate a boat up to 36ft in length.

Parking: This home allows parking for up to 2 vehicles plus 1 boat trailer. If you need additional parking please let us know and we can assist in some alternatives.
Age requirement: Primary guest must be 25 years of age or older.
**Please note that there are 3 active security cameras on the exterior of this home. One on the front entrance, one with a street view facing the vacant lot, and one by the deck in the backyard. There are no cameras inside the home and no cameras facing towards the pool area.

Payments and Booking Requirements
Payments made via credit card are subject to a 4% processing fee.
E-check payments are accepted with no additional fee.
Returned e-checks are subject to a $25 fee and repayment via credit card.
All reservations are subject to final approval by the local Rental Manager.
