The Space
Blue Mind #225 features a bright coastal interior designed for easy vacation living. The open-concept layout creates a welcoming atmosphere where guests can relax after a day on the water or exploring the islands.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay and features an island with bar stool seating, perfect for casual breakfasts, cocktails, or planning the day’s adventures. Coffee lovers will appreciate the combination Keurig and drip coffee maker so everyone can enjoy their favorite morning brew.
The living room offers comfortable seating, a TV, and a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations. A washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the home for guest use during your stay.

Pet-Friendly Details
This home is pet friendly for 1 dog or up to 2 small dogs with a $250 pet fee per pet. Guests must notify the rental manager at the time of booking if bringing pets.

Looe Key Reef, famous for world-class snorkeling and diving, is nearby, while Key West is only about 20 minutes away for additional nightlife, shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Signed rental agreement and copy of government-issued ID required within 24 hours of booking acceptance
Venture Out Registration Fee:
A separate $125 registration fee (subject to change) is collected directly by Venture Out upon arrival. Payment may be made by cash or credit card. Credit card payments are subject to a 4% processing fee.
Parking Information:
Parking is limited to 1 vehicle per unit. The driveway measures approximately 16’ long x 10.5’ wide. Vehicles must fit completely within the driveway and may not extend into the roadway.
If your vehicle does not fit, overflow parking may be available through the guard gate for an additional nightly fee, subject to availability and community rules.
Payment Information
A 4% credit card processing fee applies to credit card payments.
E-check payments are accepted at no additional charge.
Returned e-checks incur a $25 fee and must be repaid by credit card with applicable processing fees.
