Beach Bum Bungalow #79 is thoughtfully designed for comfort and easy island living. The open-concept kitchen and dining area creates a welcoming gathering space for meals, games, and relaxing after a day on the water. The dining area comfortably seats up to 6 guests, and the fully equipped kitchen includes a Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker for your morning brew.
Large windows allow natural light to fill the home while showcasing beautiful waterfront views. A washer and dryer are also available for guest use, making extended stays convenient and comfortable.
The living room offers additional sleeping space with a Murphy bed, perfect for families or small groups.

The property also includes a private fish cleaning station, making it easy for anglers to prepare the day’s catch after enjoying the nearby Atlantic waters or Gulf backcountry fishing grounds.

Venture Out Registration Fee:
A separate $125 registration fee (subject to change) is collected directly by Venture Out upon arrival. Payment may be made by cash or credit card. Credit card payments are subject to a 4% processing fee.
Parking Information:
Parking is limited to 1 vehicle per unit. The driveway measures approximately 17’ long x 21’ wide x 10’ clearance. Vehicles must fit completely within the driveway and may not extend into the roadway.
If your vehicle does not fit, overflow parking may be available through the guard gate for an additional nightly fee, subject to availability and community rules.
Payment Information
A 4% credit card processing fee applies to credit card payments.
E-check payments are accepted at no additional charge.
Returned e-checks incur a $25 fee and must be repaid by credit card with applicable processing fees.
